About me
Hi, I'm Tim!A qualified Yoga Teacher and Life Coach, with a passion for mindfulness and the outdoors.After being at a point in my life where I felt there was a need for change, I discovered my true self, finding a sense of clarity and direction.
I did this through discovering the outdoors and connecting with nature. It brings me a sense of peace, that I'm part of something bigger. I love to hike, climb and am a big advocate for wild dipping.
Yoga became a big part of my everyday life, connecting with the breath. Whilst training as a Yoga Teacher in early 2024, I developed a real passion for Nidra, focusing on relaxation and meditation.

Breathwork
Everything comes back to the breath, if you can control your breath, you can control your mind.I've learnt various different Pranayama techniques over the years. I do however stick to five specific techniques that I feel strong enough to teach.All of my classes start of by learning Akunchana Prasarana, also known as the Abdominal Squeeze.

Workplace Wellbeing
Having regular workplace wellbeing sessions has plenty of benefits. From improving the overall happiness of your employees, to increased performance and productivity.I offer many different options that can be incorporated into part of a dedicated Wellbeing Day or a more frequent session.

Yoga Nidra sessions
Yoga Nidra is a relaxation technique where you can reach different levels of consciousness.Perfect for employees in busy working environments, it can help to reduce stress, anxiety and insomnia.
Meditation sessions
Meditation is great for stress reduction in the workplace. It's also great for reconnection and unlocking creativity.The beauty of meditation is that it can be done anywhere, whether it's at a desk or in the great outdoors.I offer mindful walks and meditation or meditation within a venue or workplace.
Basic breathwork sessions
Everything comes back to the breath, if you can control your breath, you can control your mind. This is a great introduction to breathwork, focusing on the science, how to breathe correctly and some basic breathing techniques.
Advanced breathwork sessions
Continuing on from the "Basic Breathwork", I also offer sessions focusing on more specific breathwork techniques.
Wellbeing talks
Discussing various different tips and techniques that have helped me including; getting outdoors, journalling, meditation, cold water therapy and breathwork. I discuss how they can use these techniques to look after their own general wellbeing during work and everyday life.*Please note that I am not a mental health professional π
Mindful walk and Meditation Session
If you are looking to reconnect, then a mindful walk and meditation session is the perfect way to do this.A slow walk will help us to observe each of the 5 senses and embrace the different elements of nature.This is followed by a meditation and grounding session.

If you struggle with a busy mind and are looking to relax then Nidra is definitely a great practice for you.Yoga Nidra is a relaxation technique where you can reach different levels of consciousness.It can guide you to heal the inner child and can help to reduce stress, anxiety and insomnia.
